3.3 If you subscribe to a MIND Drinks Subscription, you agree to recurring payments as outlined at checkout. Subscription renewals occur automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account or by contacting hello@minddrinks.co.uk before your renewal date.

4. Prices and Delivery Charges

4.1 All prices on our website are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
4.3 You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address when placing your order. Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
4.4 If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
4.5 Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM will typically be dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next two working day.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 You have the right to return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
7.2 Please email info@minddrinks.co.uk with your order number to arrange a return. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
7.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7.4 Subscription orders can be cancelled any time before renewal. Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under the above terms.
