Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your MIND Drinks purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact info@minddrinks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

 

To be eligible:

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Please note: We cannot accept returns for opened or partially used products due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The product is faulty or damaged, or

  • We sent you the wrong item

 

If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, including photos where possible.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email info@minddrinks.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.

4. Subscription Orders

If you have a MIND Drinks Subscription, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal date. Once a renewal payment has been processed and dispatched, that order cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the same return policy above.

5. Shipping Your Return

Please send returns to the address provided by our support team once your return request has been approved. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider (processing times vary)

  2. Then contact us at hello@minddrinks.co.uk if it still hasn’t appeared
